A+B包約200cc溫水(冷水可)拌勻,馬上喝哦!
Stir the A + B packs in 200 cc of warm (or cold) water and then drink immediately!
如果長期性便秘喝活性速纖AB餐一定要大量的喝水喔!
Users of Medal super-active fiber diet A + B packs with chronic constipation should drink lots of water too!
要有3000cc以上,才不會塞在腸子(清理水溝的泥沙需要大量的水沖刷)。
Users should drink more than 3,000 cc of water to prevent any intestinal clogging (it takes a lot of water to clean up any remenants).
